Had an amazing time with friends! The location is spot-on, just a short stroll from Queen's University, and we even managed to swing by the Balmoral Golf Club for a round. The staff were friendly, making our stay smooth and enjoyable. If you're into golf or exploring, this is the place to be. Highly recommend checking it out for a fun getaway.
Our only downside was a dusty room that felt a bit neglected. While the bed was comfy, it was disappointing to see those little details overlooked.

The air conditioning was a lifesaver during my stay, and the comfy bed made for restful nights. I loved unwinding in the sauna and taking advantage of the wellness corner, perfect after a day of exploring. The Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times, but overall, I’d definitely recommend this place for a cozy getaway! 😊

The hotel has a great location near Queen's University, which made it easy to explore the area. I loved the complimentary parking right across the street. I could see my car from my window. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-lit, with a nice view thanks to the huge bay windows. Staff were friendly and welcoming, always smiling and ready to help. The bar area looked cozy, but I didn’t try the food. The breakfast offered a decent selection, but I wished for more quality in the hot options. One downside was the shower, which switched between scalding and cold water throughout my stay. Some minor maintenance issues also stood out, like the dusty corners and a smell from the bathroom, which could be improved. Despite these small inconveniences, I would definitely stay here again due to its charm and great location.

The hotel's modern design and ambiance really stand out, especially in the lobby area that feels fresh and inviting. Proximity to Queen's University and the city center offers excellent access to local attractions.
The room size leans toward compact, which might feel a bit cramped for some travelers. Bathroom space also comes as a surprise with its small dimensions that can be awkward for comfort. Breakfast could use improvements in quality, as some items felt cold and limited in variety, making it less appealing for a full-fledged meal experience.

The proximity to Queen's University and numerous excellent dining options nearby made my experience even better. The staff was helpful and welcoming, making me feel at home. the breakfast could use some improvement in variety, as the selection was somewhat limited.

Just a solid selection for a weekend stopover in Belfast with excellent value for money. The bathroom was the best I encountered in Ireland during my two-week stay. Check out the nearby array of exotic restaurants.

Compact room that's clean and warm, perfect when you're just looking for a place to rest. Plenty of dining options within a stone's throw, including the French Village Bistro with a cozy vibe and tasty food.
Air conditioning unit can be quite loud, which might bother those who like a quiet night. The bathroom pod, while spacious, lacks some convenient features like an in-room safe. If you’re not up for a bit of a walk, the location might not suit you, given it requires some effort to access attractions.
